Photograph or scan your written-on sheets. Every page is squared up from its corner markers, cleaned, and stacked into one downloadable PDF. Tell it which paper you printed on — the markers carry no data, and A4, A5 and A3 are the same shape.

Sets where paper ends and ink begins. Anything close to white becomes clean white paper; everything below it is kept as the grey it actually is, down to black. Lower washes the printed rules away; higher brings in faint pencil.
